One on one lesson with me and whoever you choose to be along your side learning along with you. This class is scheduled at your convenience . This lesson usually takes between 2-3 hours and is done in the comfort of your own home. We will go over stages of labor, what to expect during each stage, interventions that may happen, comfort measures, breastfeeding, and the postpartum experience.
